Trading was never a fair match.

For most active traders, the current experience breaks down for the same reasons every time:

  • No clear rounds — only continuous entries and exits.
  • No 1v1 context. Everyone fights the same ocean alone.
  • Learning is expensive, done live and under real money stress.
  • Community and memes live outside — in Telegram, in screenshots, never in-product.
  • No skill-based ranking. Luck and account size masquerade as skill.

Turn it into structured 1v1 arenas.

VERSUS defines trading as a match, not a lifestyle:

  • Two players, one shared simulated market, identical starting conditions.
  • Fixed rules for entries, exits, leverage, power-ups and risk.
  • Short 120-second duels with one clear result: win or lose.
  • Divisions and seasons that measure consistency, not one lucky trade.
  • A ranked ladder that actually rewards skill.

From queue to result in under 3 minutes.

A standard duel follows a tight, repeatable structure designed for short sessions and long climbs:

01
Queue. Pick your ladder (Cups or Crowns), mode and arena stake, then join. Typical wait: 10–20 seconds. If no human is available within ~25 seconds, a phantom opponent (indistinguishable human-like bot) is injected to keep you playing.
02
Matchmaking. MMR-based pairing within your division and recent form. Competitive matches additionally verify wallet, age, disclaimer, and daily limits (max 10 Competitive matches per day, 60s cooldown between joins).
03
Countdown. 3 seconds. Both players see the same initial state of a deterministic simulated market (identical seed).
04
Duel. 120 seconds of active play. Open long or short, deploy power-ups, adjust leverage (1x–5x default), watch the chart, read your rival.
05
Resolution. ~3 seconds to compute final PnL, declare the winner, update divisions and ledgers. For Competitive matches, on-chain settlement fires via dual-authority signing.
06
Meta layer. Crowns or Cups updated, season progress recalculated, rewards distributed. Back to queue.

The whole loop is built so you can play a single duel on a lunch break or grind a full session — never a 5-hour grind to see results.

Two ladders. One identity. Nine ranks.

VERSUS runs two separate ranked ladders that share the same 9-division ocean-themed identity:

> DIGITZ Ladder · Cups

In-game currency only, no real money. Same duel rules, but risk-free. Used to learn, experiment with power-ups and climb for bragging rights. Progression tracked in Cups.

Default starting balance: 10,000 DIGITZ. Earnable through Solo mode, Vs Bot, daily challenges and minigames.

> USDC Ladder · Crowns

Same game rules, but with real USDC at stake. Fixed stakes per arena, hard caps by design. On-chain escrow via dual-authority Anchor program on Solana. Progression tracked in Crowns.

9 arenas with stakes: $1 / $5 / $10 / $25 / $50 / $100 / $250 / $500 / $750. Non-custodial end to end.

9 Divisions (both ladders share the same names):

I · Plankton0 Cups
II · Shrimp200 Cups
III · Fish600 Cups
IV · Crab1,500 Cups
V · Dolphin3,000 Cups
VI · Shark5,000 Cups
VII · Whale8,000 Cups
VIII · Orca12,000 Cups
IX · KrakenApex

Crown floor protection: players in Plankton or Shrimp do not lose Crowns on a loss — the first two divisions are safe learning zones. From Fish onward, every match counts both ways.

Crown math per Competitive win: +30 base + (division_index × 5). Losses: −20 Crowns (Plankton/Shrimp excluded).

27 game modes. 15+ active.

VERSUS ships with a full catalog of formats so you never run out of variety. Each mode has defined rules, stake type, progression, and win conditions.

Five ways to bend the match.

Power-ups are deployable items that shift the pace of a duel. Each player starts with 3 loadout slots (5 in Power-Up Frenzy), earned through progression, shop, or season pass rewards.

  • Overclock — boost your position size temporarily.
  • Shield Burst — brief immunity against incoming sabotage.
  • Ghost Step — mask your recent positions from your rival.
  • Double Draw — pull two effect cards at once.
  • Frenzy Token — trigger a volatility spike on the shared chart.

Power-ups have cooldowns and cannot be spammed. Each use is logged on-chain for Competitive matches as part of the audit trail.

How value flows through the arena.

10% Match Fee
40% Fee to Prize Pool
2-of-2 Settlement Auth

Every Competitive match charges a 10% fee on the total pot. The on-chain Anchor program splits this fee automatically, transparently, and verifiably on Solana:

  • 40% → Monthly prize pool paid to top-ranked traders at season end.
  • 40% → Ecosystem growth: partnerships, community rewards, and affiliate incentives.
  • 20% → Platform operations: infrastructure, development, and support.

Stakes per Competitive match are fixed: $1 · $5 · $10 · $25 · $50 · $100 · $250 · $500 · $750 — distributed across 9 arenas gated by division and Crown thresholds to keep matches fair.

Built for people who already think competitively.

VERSUS doesn't target "retail investors." It targets four very specific audiences:

  • Competitive Traders — track performance, want a fair 1v1 context, tired of trading alone.
  • Competitive Gamers — live by ladders, MMR and clear rules, curious about crypto and markets.
  • Degens & Memecoin Farmers — hunt opportunities and airdrops, but want structured arenas instead of only random plays.
  • Communities & Tournaments — need a venue to host leagues and events with transparent, verifiable rules.
Traders Gamers Degens Communities

Non-custodial. Transparent. Yours.

VERSUS is a competitive trading game, not an exchange, broker, or investment platform. It does not take custody of your assets at any point.

  • Non-custodial — your USDC stays in your wallet; competitive stakes go into a Solana escrow program you can verify on-chain.
  • Dual-authority settlement — every match outcome requires both backend authorities to sign the same winner. Disagreement locks the escrow until resolved.
  • Audited smart contract — all fixes for CRITICAL/HIGH/MEDIUM issues applied before mainnet deploy.
  • Transparent fee distribution — every split fires an on-chain event traceable on Solscan.
  • Rate-limited & gated — max 10 Competitive matches per day, 60s cooldown, age + disclaimer gates on entry.

Playing Competitive means you can lose 100% of the funds you choose to risk in that match. Nothing in VERSUS constitutes financial advice. Play responsibly, within means, and only with what you are comfortable losing.

What's coming to the arena.

VERSUS is live and playable today. The 2026 roadmap expands the ecosystem from a trading duel into a full competitive meta-layer with spectating, prediction markets, community tournaments and team warfare.

Q2 2026 Spectate & Replay
  • Match Replay System — full duel playback with move-by-move breakdown, exportable clips.
  • Spectator Mode — watch live duels with real-time chat and reactions.
  • Highlight reels from top-ranked matches of the week.
Q3 2026 Markets & AI Coaching
  • Prediction Markets — spectators bet on match outcomes, winners split the pool.
  • AI Trade Coaching — post-match analysis of your decisions, entries, exits, and missed opportunities.
  • Weekly skill reports and personalized training recommendations.
Q4 2026 Communities & Clan Wars
  • Community-Hosted Tournaments — any user or brand can create, configure and host their own tournament.
  • Clan Wars — team vs team on-chain battles with shared prize pools and clan rankings.
  • Sponsored leagues and cross-community events.

Every roadmap item is additive — existing ladders, modes and progression remain untouched. New features expand the meta, they don't replace what works.

Registered. Structured. Protected.
